Born and raised in New Zealand, Matt’s boating experience started at a young age enjoying the water and fishing with his friends. Matt’s deep passion for hospitality and specifically for the meticulous standards of the yachting industry makes him want to be better captain every day with a charming and can-do attitude. When he is not onboard of ALMOST DONE, he is enjoying his time with his two beautiful girls at the beach always surrounded by water, or practicing water sports and always implementing a healthy lifestyle. He has over a decade of knowledge and experience within the Bahamas, South Florida and the Caribbean waters.

Born and raised in the US, Brittany is reliable, outgoing and a very professional chef / stewardess. She comes with a can-do attitude ensuring each guest’s needs are met and their experience is exceptional. With my strong interpersonal and analytical skills. She has unwavering patience to be able to work calmly and cooperatively with a wide variety of people in any situation.
Brittany has expansive experience onboard different size yachts not only taking care of the interior but also cooking, setting up for meals and putting menus together.
