      DALLINGHOO Crew Profile

      Captain Name: Thomas BRUNING

      Captain Nationality: German

      Number of Crew: 5

      Captain:-

Captain Thomas has spent most of his working life on the water with over 20 years as a charter yacht Captain; he has sailed to all corners of the globe and back again! A highly experience and qualified Captain along with being an engineer, you can be assured you are in safe hands when Thomas is at the helm.
Thomas knows what charter guests want and need for an amazing vacation and ensures that all aspects of the trip runs smoothly.

      Hostess:-

Ula Dallinghoos hostess originally from Poland where she qualified in the marketing and advertising working in both Warsaw and London. Ula left the corporate world for a life at sea and has spent the last few years working on charter yachts throughout the Caribbean, Mediterranean and Asia. Ula will work with the guests before their arrival and during they stay on board Dallinghoo to ensure that all their desires and expectations for their vacation are not only met but exceeded!

      Chef:-

Noi adds a truly diverse culinary flavour to Dallinghoos compliment. Born of Thai heritage, she knows what the true spice of SE Asia should entail. However, Noi was trained in Paris and spent 20 years a chef in Italy! She brings a perfect compliment of Thai-Italian fusion to the menu like no other could and her seafood spaghetti is unparalleled. She welcomes any guest into the galley, but if you think her food is spicy, wait until you get a taste of her attitude!

      Deckhand:-

Aung Tin Oo (ATO) is Dallinghoos man on the line. After spending 5-years aboard other classic schooners in Europe and Asia as bosun and chief mate, he signed on to rebuild Dallinghoo from the ground up. Anything splicing, rigging or sailing ATO is hands on.

      Deckhand:-

Jo. The man who only needs one name! This proud husband and father of two, has also been with Dallinghoo since her rebuild and knows every nook and cranny aboard her. When it comes to polishing the brass, helping in the galley, or serving an evening cocktail, Dom works hard to make sure each guest has exactly what he or she needs to be comfortable aboard.
