An experienced and diligent captain, Tristan has a varied experience of sailing both catamarans and monohulls within the Mediterranean, North and Atlantic seas. Safety is of upmost important to Tristan and he will always prioritise this onboard.
Born in Bastia in Corsica, Tristan grew-up in Brittany, France where he learnt to sail at a young age at La-Trinité-Sur-Mer. After pursuing a successful 10-year career as an aeronautical mechanical engineer with Air France, Tristan returned to his routes and undertook his French sailing training and qualifications in La Rochelle. Always keen to learn and advance, Tristan later studied and passed his English sailing and yacht engineering qualifications in Southampton, England.
Along with sailing, he is passionate about travelling, news, agriculture and DIY.
Tristan is happy to share the extensive knowledge with charter guests offering them an experience of a lifetime on board fantastic OCA.

Enthusiastic and creative, Louise has worked as a Stewardess and Chef for the past three years on board luxurious yachts and within chalets, providing a high level of presentation, service and food for up to 12 guests. She has a very friendly, adaptable nature and prioritises guests’ comfort and enjoyment on board.
Living in the north of England, Louise worked within marketing roles for 14 years managing large scale events and branding projects before embracing her love of travel and culinary talent. She travelled solo around North America, Fiji, New Zealand and Australia before her first Chef position in the French Alpes Ski Resort of Les Arcs. 
Louise enjoys meeting new people and sharing recipes and stories of travel with guests on board.
Tristan & Louise have worked on a 60 meter sailing yacht and decided to continue their lives together to manage smaller yachts and create happy, memorable vacations.

Marek is an energetic and dedicated Deckhand focused on providing the best services to the guests. With his yachting career only starting, he has already managed to prove himself as a reliable crew member.
Passionate about water sports, he is always happy to assist with any water sports and activities. Marek is a kitesurfing instructor, experienced in teaching all age groups, from beginners to more advanced kite surfers.
His outgoing personality and professional approach will make guests feel comfortable and cared for each day of their stay on board OCA.
