Giorgos passion is the sea! He has been sailing since the age of twelve and has reached almost every corner of the planet. A true seaman at heart there is no place that he rather be than on the deep blue sea. He is RYA Ocean Master licensed for both power and sailing yachts, and a dive master. A wealth of knowledge and experience in both the Mediterranean and Carribean along with a professional attitude and meticulous eye for detail. His relaxed leadership style and over 20 years professional yachting experience Giorgos will help to get the best out of any situation and ensure a wonderful experience for you and your guests. He likes to maintain a relaxed and friendly atmosphere on board with the emphasis on sailing as much as possible. He is extremely professional and responsible and makes his clients feel right at home. In his spare time Giorgos likes yoga, photography, music, and travel.

Deckhand/ Stew: Philippos Louis

Philippos is an experienced skipper with a great passion for the sea! He dreams to sail around the world, experiencing life and learning everything possible about sailing.
He holds his RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Offshore and numerous certifications in sailing, high-speed craft, and safety/first aid. Along with his sailing certifications he has extensive dive training; he’s a certified PADI Dive Master, Rescue Diver, Free-Diver, Open Water and Advanced Open Water diver.
He spent several years as a day charter skipper around Milos and the Polyaigos Islands- he knows them well! Throughout this time, he has several yacht deliveries from Turkey to Montenegro and Cyprus to Greece. Last season, he worked as a diver aboard an 80 metre Mega Yacht.
Philippos is excited to continue his yachting career aboard Number One as a deckhand, where he can bring his experience and passion to every charter.
