George Sarakos – Captain
Captain George is 53 years old; he is a graduate of the Greek Merchant Marine Academy and started his professional career in 1996. Since then he has been travelling on board various types of merchant and passenger vessels until he turned into Yachting in 2001. Throughout these years he has gained experience on sailing, familiarizing with International Regulations, ISM and ISPS implementation, cooperating with other nationalities, as crew members or shore based personnel and grew up a great respect for the sea. He has offered his services onboard various motor yachts such as M/Y Wave runner, M/Y Ilina, M/Y Iris, M/Y Shine, M/Y Diamond S, M/Y Expert and M/Y Blue Sky. Safety and customer service are always on top of his priorities. He is a great commander with excellent communication skills. With a long background in Private & Charter Yachts George offers exclusive tailor made cruises with attention to detail. He speaks English and in his free time he enjoys scuba diving and water sports.

Ioannis Karaoglanis – Chief Engineer
Ioannis was born and raised in Athens. He holds a B’ Class Engineer Certificate and very quickly became head of the engine room going on voyages all around the world. Having experience on charter yachts, he sees to the smooth running of the engines with total diligence while helping at the same time on the deck. He is very hard working, meticulous and always ready to lend a hand. He has a pleasant and responsible personality, and ensures that every system works and is maintained to the highest standard for the safety of all guests. He can guarantee that your stay onboard will be comfortable and carefree. Ioannis speaks fluent English and holds licenses for water skiing and sailing instruction.

Giorgos Spyropoulos – Chef
Giorgos was born and raised in Greece and he is a graduate of culinary arts of L’ ETOILE by LES CHEFS cooking school. After gaining his diploma, he has continued growing his knowledge of the Mediterranean cuisine by attending numerous seminars and working in Luxury hotels and restaurants. Giorgos joined Obsesion’s team in 2017. His delicious and nourishing recipes will make your trip unforgettable. His hobby is the track and field as he was a national champion in high jump. He is single and he speaks English and basic French.

Josephine Quimoyog – Chief Stewardess
Josephine was born and raised in Philippines. Her experience in hospitality industry has taught her how to easily step into many roles, work hard and keep things looking at the detail. She offers silver service to all guests onboard M/Y Obsesion, ensuring that everyone has an enjoyable and comfortable time. She is very social and positive, bringing always a friendly smile. Her hobbies are swimming and cooking. She speaks English.

Evgenia Dragatogianni – 2nd Stewardess
Evgenia was born in 1993 and she is a Greek national. She started her career in marketing business and due her love for travelling joined the yachting. Before joining M/Y Obsesion she served on board M/Y Tamaya. She is a great asset to the team with her happy nature and her excellent hospitality skills. She knows how to make guests feel at home and fulfill their wishes with a smile. She speaks English and German and her hobby is technology and travelling.

Gary Piramide – Deck Hand
He was born in the Philippines and entered the world of the ocean at a very young age. He has graduated from a Marine High School in Manila and since then has worked on commercial ships as bosun while for the last eleven years he has been in the yachting field. Not only is he pleasant, hardworking and very responsible in his job he is also very careful with the safety of the yacht. He speaks English, Greek and Filipino.

Nikolaos Leontaritis – Deck Hand
Nikolaos was born in 1981 and he is Greek. He holds an electrician’s diploma and he entered the world of the sea at a very young age as a skipper’s assistant. He holds a speed boat license and a lifesaving diploma. Not only is he pleasant, hardworking and very responsible in his job he is also very careful with the safety of the yacht. He speaks English.
