Zac entered the yachting industry in 2003 as a deckhand/sailing instructor on a Perini Navi. He has always been a sailor and believed that yachting would be a great career. He is very calm, but confident in pushing the boat for some exciting sailing. He is also excellent at creating itineraries to suit the needs of the guests – a rare quality that will make your stay on SY Spiip even more memorable. Due to his extensive sailing experience Zac is familiar with majority of the cruising areas including Croatia, North Sardinia, Ionian Sea, Balearics, South of France, West coast of Italy and the Caribbean. One of his favourite sailing spots is cruising the islands down the West coast of Italy, where if the wind is right, you can enjoy great passages between the islands and stop in some lovely towns and anchorages. He also likes Croatia as the cruising is unlimited and there are always new places to find. His pleasant demeanour together with years of solid experience as captain, Zac will make sure your time on SY Spiip meets your expectations.

When off the boat Zac continues to enjoy sailing as well as skiing, mountain biking, climbing and hiking.

Lucretia has been passionate about cooking from a young age and attended the Chefs Training and Innovation Academy. Upon completion, she embarked on her professional career and within 3 years, was appointed head chef at an exclusive bistro. Alongside managing a team of 18, Lucretia also organised and cooked for special events including weddings and prestigious functions. Specialising in French, Italian, Spanish, Thai and Japanese cuisines, Lucretia decided to join the yachting industry to further develop her talents and creative flair. After spending 6 months as chef/stew on board a 27m motor yacht, Lucretia joined S/Y Spiip to fully focus on creating an exceptional gourmet experience for the guests. With a comforting and rustic fine dining signature style, Lucretia loves to provide a feast of a time for every guest.

Lucretia is very active and enjoys water sports, hiking and experiencing new cultures.

Position: STEWARDESS / DECKHAND

Hayley first joined the yachting industry in early 2013 as a way to combine her natural aptitude and enthusiasm for the service industry together with her passion for the oceans. Having previously worked on motor and sailing yachts up to 66m, Hayley joined the Spiip crew as an experienced stewardess with hands-on knowledge. She prides herself on the ability to truly understand guests’ needs and will always strive to provide exemplary service in every aspect of her role. Table decorating, cocktail mixing and theme planning are just some of the ways Hayley loves to express her creative flair and she makes it her priority to ensure the guest experience is an unforgettable one that they will fondly remember as their most treasured charter experience.

Hayley enjoys all things water based but particularly diving; discovering the natural wonders of the underwater world. She also enjoys creative crafts including floristry as well and photography.
