CHEF / STEWARD – Michael Kotsopoulos
This will be Michael’s third year on board New Horizons. He is a passionate hard working well-mannered gentleman, with more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant sector. He will enchant guests throughout their cruise. He is full of enthusiasm and eager to please his guests. Michael loves cooking, really enjoys new challenges and being part of an inspiring team. He has learned to love and respect the sea. Driven by his love towards the sea he joined the leisure yachting industry four years ago. He assists the Captain with confidence in mooring and he is ready to take over any task that he addresses him with. His cooking skills are also quite advanced, especially when preparing dishes of the Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. He speaks fluent English and we are confident his meals with enchant you!!
