Before joining Claremont she was a sous chef on a 62m yacht for over 2 years and as solo chef on a 28m yacht for another year. Birgül is both talented and experienced in offering guests a culinary delight at every meal. Her signature cuisine style is Mediterranean, with a special emphasis on the seafood, but she is equally confident is catering to special requests and requirements.
