DREAM Chartering Accommodations

DREAM accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 spacious cabins. On deck King Master with private His and Hers head on the forward main deck. On the lower deck, VIP stateroom has a king berth with private bath, shower and tub. There are two identical guest staterooms with queen berths and a fifth stateroom with twin beds. All with en suite heads.

Captain Robert Bayne
Captain Bob has over 20 years of experience in the yachting industry working with long standing owners for many years. Proven longevity in this ever-changing industry is something he values very highly. Bob has been a yacht captain and project manager overseeing the construction of yachts in Italy, Spain and local Florida shipyards. With a background in high end construction, Bob also has strong mechanical skills, being a hands-on captain with a positive attitude. Bob has extensive experience in cruising almost anywhere in the world. His travels have included the North and South Pacific Oceans, Panama Canal, US East and Gulf Coasts, the Great Lakes, Bahamas, Caribbean and the Mediterranean waters. Captain Bob prides himself with having great people skills, offering five-star service and anticipating guests needs ahead of time. Once on board it is easy to see that Bob enjoys what he does and is hardworking and energetic. During time off you will find him fishing, surfing, windsurfing and snorkeling. Captain Bob and his crew look forward to welcoming you on board DREAM.

First Mate Adam Craton
Adam has a diversified skill set ranges from working and fixing things in the engine room to rigging your bait and assisting with fishing. Adman is an accomplished and energetic fisherman and was a fishing guide in Mudjin Harbor, Caicos for a few years at the Blue Horizon Resort. Adam also has experience with planning guest activities, guests service and boat excursions to take guests to beautiful spots to enjoy the turquois water. Yachting lured him to seek out employment in the industry and start a new adventure. Adam returned to Florida and secured a job onboard and has been in the yachting industry for a decade now. Adam is a team player and will assists wherever a hand is needed.

Chief Stewardess Emilie Olivier Kennedy
Emilie is French with a great eye for detail and service. Emilie has years of experience in the hospitality industry working in French restaurants. The standards were high and the clientele elect. Prior to joining the yachting world, she studied in France and Australia and has a Diploma in Advertising, Marketing, English Business and a degree in Trade and Marketing. She decided to travel and stepped on board a 75’ yacht in the Caribbean back in 2007. She worked as a chef/ stewardess and has never looked back. Emilie has worked on various charter and private yachts and loves to plan and execute a perfect dinner party, create a wonderful afternoon with drinks and the perfect sunset, or set the scene for relaxation and privacy on board. Emilie enjoys interactions with her guests and will be ready to serve you with a smile.

Chef David Bhattacharya
David is a classically trained chef with a diversified repertoire in creating exciting menus and experimenting with your taste buds. He has a passion for food and his travels has taken him as far east as Thailand, down to Chile, north to Alaska, the Mediterranean and almost everywhere else in between. David has over 20 years in the hospitality industry. Dating back to the early 2000 in Honolulu Hawaii. He has prepared, chopped, mixed and blended all kinds of food and drinks from high end restaurants to Food Network sets. David loves to travel, and when an opportunity came along to explore the adventures of the yachting industry, David stepped on board a private yacht and has loved it ever since. Chef David is hard working, team oriented, detail driven and eager to learn. When he is not in the galley cooking up a tantalizing meal, you will find him surfing and enjoying the outdoors.

Deckhand/ Stewardess Mackenzie Doyle
Mackenzie is a motivated, adaptable and vibrant young lady, always ready to serve or learn something new. A great team player for any group of people, she is detail orientated and enjoys helping plan your perfect day. She has many years of experience in the service and hospitality industry working as a supervisor, server and bartender in fine dining restaurants. Mackenzie is a great multi- tasker and with a smile, she will do anything from detailing to napkin folding, all while mixing your specialty cocktail behind the bar. Her hobbies and interests include photography, cooking, hiking, snowboarding and all the water sports you can name.
