Having worked in a variety of yacht roles in his day, Julien has the unique ability to lead his crew and tailor the perfect charter whilst also being equally at ease inventing games and activities to entertain the children. He doesn’t like to disappoint and has dedicated his time to seeking out the very best spots to cruise. With his extensive cruising in South of France, Corsica and Italy, Julien is able to show guests the best bays and anchorages whether for relaxing and swimming, exploring or water sports.

He has a strong passion for French and Mediterranean cuisines with a focus on fish and seafood. Carlos is always seeking to make guests happy and nothing is more rewarding to him then providing exquisite meals that guests adore. Not only is Carlos a talented chef but with his natural ability to communicate with guests and understand their preferences, he is able to create dishes that surprise and delight.

Growing up on an island, Alba Rosa had a natural affinity to water and when the opportunity arose to work on a yacht aged 21, she embarked on what would become a rewarding career. Alba Rosa’s early roles included deck/stew on board a sailing yacht cruising from the Canary Islands to Argentina as well as nearly 3 years on board a Swan 90 sailing yacht before joining Esmeralda of the Seas. With a her background in hospitality, Alba Rosa is a natural people-person, always striving to provide the highest level of service. She is attentive, friendly and strives to create a relaxing and enjoyable environment for guests have an unforgettable time. Whether she ensuring cabins are spotless or preparing a beautiful table arrangement, Alba Rosa is always smiling and positive.
