      What a better combination of someone who made his passion a profession? Captain Nikitas was born in 1975, since his early childhood, he has been spending thousand hours onboard different types of sail yachts and boats. His warm smile and pleasant personality will make your voyage and sailing experience one to remember. In the early 90’s he made his professional offset by participating in sailing races, yacht maintenance and various sailing opportunities around Greece in all Ionian and Aegean complex of islands.
      Throughout the last decade, he has gained extensive experience as a sailboat engineer, sailing instructor, and skipper in various types of yachts all over Greece. His broad interest in various fields has driven him to develop various skills such as team psychology and troubleshooting, always working closely towards overcoming the clients’ expectations. Captain Nikitas, holds various licenses such as Skipper license for Sailboats and Powerboats. He is always ready to provide the utmost Greek hospitality as a fluent English language speaker.

      Chef : Panos Kyriazis

      Panos Kyriazis, born in 1987 in Thessaloniki – Greece, has been a professional cook for the past 10 years. As a cook he got the chance to experience living and working abroad. After getting his degree from Delta Institute, he worked in some of the best restaurants and hotels in Greece and the last year he has been in Paris as Sous Chef in Victoria Restaurant. Once he came back to Greece he continued challenging himself and has decided to try himself out as a Yacht Chef. His passion for the sea was the winning combination with love that he has for cooking. Being passionate also about tradition, Panos loves to prepare for the guests’ pleasure unique homemade specialties, using the very fresh local ingredients available. Although he is a Mediterranean cuisine expert, Panos is always excited to learn new techniques and willing to create recipes for all eating habits and dietary restrictions. When not working, Panos likes travelling and exploring different cuisines. Speaks Greek and English.

      Steward/ess: Anna Kassioti

      Anna was born in 1980 in Chios island, Greece. Her love for the sea comes from her father who was a seaman. She studied fashion design in 2001 in Thessaloniki and she worked in the fashion industry for several years. In 2019 Anna decided to follow her dream and she started working as a stewardess in catamarans and sailing yachts. She holds the certification of Silver service as well as the license stcww 95 /10 (safety) and the license of speedboat. Anna loves sports (being a professional athlete herself), she is very communicative, friendly and smiley. She believes in teamwork and hard work. She places great emphasis on organization and attention to details, so that the guests can have the best experience.
