Captain – Tito Baldwin- Bahamian
Born and raised in the Bahamas, Captain Tito, lived in Abaco for 20 years. Growing up in the Bahamas, his life has always been about the sea, culture, environment and community service. His water skills and passion for helping others got him accepted in the USCG Rescue Swimmer program where he dedicated 6 years of his life jumping out of helicopters into the ocean saving lives. After the United States Coast Guard, Captain Tito continued his passion of the ocean and love of teaching with his dive shop Froggy’s Out Island Adventures in Hope Town, Abaco which he successfully ran before heading back out to sea for adventures as First Mate on the M/Y SIRENUSE (120 foot Feadship) which launched his yachting career. Full of adventure ideas, and intimate knowledge of the 700 islands of The Bahamas, Captain Tito extensive travels of the West Indies and the Caribbean waters has helped him create an endless menu of ideas to meet every client’s needs. His understanding of navigation, seamanship, customer service and certifications, make me uniquely qualified to take the helm evermore.

With over 15 years in the culinary industry from Estate Chef, Menu Creations, and Restaurant consulting, Chef Marlene has now focused her career as Sole Chef onboard mega yachts where elegance, culture and cuisine influenced by contemporary and traditional dishes are seasoned with uncompromising sunsets. Chef Marlene invites you to enjoy dishes that are both delicious, sophisticated and beautiful, where everyone can taste and enjoy bite sized passion inspired by nature and the sea.
Stewardess – Virginia Batres – American
Virginia was born in California and moved to south Florida at a young age. Passionate of water, moving to the east was a perfect fit. After studying and working in hospitality, she decided to peruse a more adventurous career and joined her first yachts position. Two and a half years later, if she’s not in a boat she enjoys spending her free time traveling to exotic places, getting crafty, scuba diving. She is also bilingual, speaks English and Spanish. Virginia previous experience in has helped sharpened her eye for detail and fine dining. Making sure all guest feel welcomed she creates a comfortable delightful experience.
Mate -Brendon Gray – American
Brandon Gray, 25 Florida native from cape Canaveral has been a passionate angler and seafarer from an early age. Being on the sea was an undeniable calling too hard to ignore and so Brandon decided to turn his passion into profession. As a young angler Brandon’s awareness of ocean conservation and responsible sportsmanship paved the way to an early professional yachting career for the past ten years. From the build aspects of 90’ plus yachts, to engineer and mate on board ocean yachts and sport fishing vessels, Brandon has earned his first steps as a professional yachtsman by earning his USCG 100-ton license. His skills and passion for learning, exceptional customer service, exploring the seas continues today. Brandon’s moto “work hard. Fish harder” He looks forward to taking guests out for a great day on the sea and set the lines for adventures for guests of all ages…see you on the water!
