Having always been passionate about the sea, Laurent firstly devoted himself to surfing sport activities. After traveling on his first sailboat, he undertook maritime education and was awarded with his Captain 200 sailing and Captain 500 UMS certificates. Over the last 15 years, Laurent has covered 150,000 nautical miles on the Atlantic, Pacific, The Channel, Indian Ocean and the Red Sea, with 15 sea crossings and as many seasons on the Mediterranean on chartered or private boats. As an expert of the Mediterranean, Laurent combines comfort, security, listening and advising throughout your trip on board.

Born in Montreal, Canada, from newly arrived French parents, Sylvie had the desire to travel at a very early age. During her youth, she returned to France almost every year to keep in contact with friends and family. After completing her university degree in communication arts at Montreal’s Concordia University, she began a life long love of travel and along the way, acquired language and culinary skills.
She worked in the travel business, on cruise ships and as chef, chief stewardess and hostess/cook on motor yachts and sailboats for private and static charters for conventions. Her work brought her to Colombia, Panama, Mexico, United States, Canada, St-Marten, Caribbean, France, the Adriatic and Mediterranean Seas and French Polynesia.
Sylvie is an epicurean who loves good wine and good food and enjoys sharing her passion with others. Sylvie learned the finer points of French cuisine at a very early age and from there has acquired considerable experience in the culinary arts of many countries. She is very particular about the ingredients she chooses for her meals, which are always from the freshest and best sources. Her cuisine is healthy, always delicious and much appreciated by her clientele.
Sylvie enjoys jogging, hiking, swimming and diving. She is fluent in French, English and conversational in Italian and Spanish. She has settled in Sete, in the south of France.
