Sail and work experience
Cedric has always loved the ocean and has spent much time sailing. Having completed a 3 years around the world crossing, few Caribbean seasons and a number of deliveries has confirmed his maritime career. He has always been very involved in all forms of water sports, from fishing to racing Melges 24, J 122, and enjoying windsurfing. He is also passionate about diving. He speaks French, English and German.

Job description
Cedric is responsible for the navigation, safety, the overall running and financial management of the vessel, the crew and the guests. He ensures the safe and efficient operation of the yacht at all times, including compliance with all safety procedures and regulations. He takes care of adhering to flag regulations, port state and local laws and regulations, and manages the crew to ensure adherence to, and a full understanding of, the vessel’s policies. He provides daily leadership for the crew and encourages teamwork, individual growth and personal attention by delegating duties and supervising all crew tasks. He takes care of our guests and makes sure that their stay on board meets or exceeds their expectations, ensuring that their trip is unforgettable.
