      Judicael was really thrown in at the deep end, beginning his marine engineering career on a container ship. This was a great start that soon allowed him to graduate to the sole engineer aboard M/Y GEMS in 2014. Since then he has worked on a number of motor yachts as both the lead and 2nd engineers. This included a 2 season stint aboard M/Y ABILITY. He’s had experience with a huge range of different operating systems and has even supervised maintenance work during the winter. He has completed numerous charters so is ready to come aboard OCEAN SAPPHIRE with the skills and enthusiasm to keep her running smoothly.

      Judicael inspects machines, engines, transmissions etc. and runs diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues. He conducts repairs aiming for maximum reliability, he troubleshoots reported problems and resolves them in a timely manner. He performs thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment and systems, he replenishes fluids and components of engines and machinery.       Partrice is in charge of the galley and is responsible for all guests and crew meals, assuring a rich variety of food. Patrice estimates food needs, reviews inventory assuring adequate supplies are available, sticking to budget and guests’ expectations. Thanks to his creativity, he develops new recipes and ways of serving food in order to satisfy different guests’ wishes.
