Steve hails from Wisconsin. Before getting into the yachting industry Steve worked extensively on the Mississippi, Illinois and Chicago rivers, first as deckhand, engineer and later as towboat captain and captain of several commercial operations along the Tombigbee Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico.

He discovered the yachting industry in the mid 90’s and has traveled extensively along the US East Coast and in the Bahamas. He is looking forward to giving his charter guests an enjoyable and memorable charter experience on board Tigers Eye.

Formally trained Culinary Chef and accomplished food stylist with comprehensive experience delivering exceptional and unique chef services for clientele featuring quality gourmet food preparation and creative personal menu design. A culinary innovator with extensive experience and diverse qualifications in production of high quality cuisine.
Experience encompasses a wide-range of ethnic world cuisines able to cater to all types of tastes, as well as special dietary needs. Expertise in preparing Mediterranean Clean Cuisine. Background includes work for very wealthy, demanding clients. Training and experience firmly based on fine dining principals of cooking utilizing only the finest quality foods and freshest ingredients and taking immaculate care in their preparation and presentation. Superior provisioning abilities able to source the most exotic and sought after ingredients.

Stewardess: Bridgett Kennedy

Originally from Washington state, Bridget has a diverse background in high-end service. Once she discovered the yachting industry she has been full speed ahead with training courses and gaining experience onboard. Her attention to detail and welcoming personality will put guests at ease and ensure a successful charter.
