Captain – Tyler Worthington
Having been born and raised on an island in California gave Tyler a great respect for and a connection with the ocean from an early age.
Previous Yachts Tyler has captained included, Tireless, Fortuna, Tortuga IV and the very successful charter yacht Insatiable. He has cruised the Pacific, Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean, Bahamas and the US East Coast.
He enjoys surfing, fishing, scuba, snowboarding and tennis. The best part of his job as captain is the opportunity to be on the water and share all that the ocean has to offer with guests and their families.

Mate/Engineer – Johnathan Kyle Luszcz
Johnathan grew up in Rhode Island. He graduated from New England Institute of Technology (NEIT) with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Johnathan got his first job as an Electrical Technical Officer on the 70M Lurssen, Kismet.
From there he worked as a Mate and Engineer on motor and sail boats ranging in vessel and size. Growing up in new England, his passion grew and his expertise took him to the Bahamas, Caribbean, South America, Mexico, the West Coast, and the South Pacific, his favorite.
As Mate/Engineer, he is to ensure M/Y Independence 3 is always at the highest guest level of standards, runs safely, securely and providing guests with a comfortable, smooth ride throughout their charter all the while. Fun-loving and always the humorous one, you can rest assure that your experience will not be short of laughter and memorable moments. He loves fishing, diving, hunting and snowboarding.
