Captain Will was born in Tampa, FL and grew up in Naples, FL. Being a native Floridian, he has always had a passion for the water, so it’s no surprise his career path brought him to the marine industry. After high school, Will worked at a local marina where he looked over the boat/jet ski rentals, directed eco tours, ran the fuel docks and assisted the many charter captains moored at his marina on their fishing trips. After a few years of working the docks he was asked to join the Naples Princess, a popular sightseeing cruiser as their Mate. His time on board the Naples Princess showed Will that he was ready to take on more of the sea. Naturally, he turned to the yachting industry. Soon he found a yacht looking for a mate and quickly made the transition to private yachts. It was this job that led him to meet his fiancé, Megan, JusMad’s Stew/Cook extraordinaire! Together they have navigated the yachting industry for over 7 years and run JusMad as a dynamic team.

Megan is a true Floridian, born and raised in Sarasota. She attended Florida Gulf Coast University where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Management. Growing up Megan was very involved in dance and cheerleading competitions, beauty pageants, as well as sailing regattas. You could say she is a bit of a competitor, however she always keeps it fun! Megan joined the yachting industry over 7 years ago as a stewardess but her passion for cooking directed her to the galley. A deep love for travel has led Megan to many beautiful countries and islands all over the world. Her travels have afforded her the opportunity to meet many wonderful people, create lasting memories, and try different local cuisine. Megan strives to give each guest on board JusMad a lifetime of memories, just as she receives on her travels.
