Crew Profile

Captain Name: Chad Wright

Captain Nationality: American

Number of Crew: 5

Captain: Chad Wright – Chad hails from Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He has sailed the Bahamas, Florida Keys, and Caribbean from a young age. Licensed captain for 18 years. He loves to dive, free dive, spearfish, and anything you can think of that involves the ocean. Experienced Towing and Salvage Captain has given him unique knowledge of boat handling and towing capabilities. He loves to show kids what he loved at their ages. He is also a Grill Master. His time on the water has given him great knowledge of Off The Beaten Path spots that seldom frequent. But that’s another story.

Chef: Matthew Mazzoni – Executive Chef Mazzoni brings a wealth of experience to yachting, where he has decided to establish himself after ten years working in fine dining, casual dining and catering. His specialties are contemporary and classic cuisine, such as French, Italian, Spanish, American Southern, American Southwest/Mexican and Asian Fusion. He is eager to learn all facets of yachting and to create an exceptional dining experience for the guest.

Stewardess: Simone Kowalski – Simone began her yachting career in 2002 and has served as Chief Stewardess on numerous private and charter motor vessels. Simone is a capable yacht crew member, with galley to deck skills. She is proficient with floral arranging, table setting, as well as exterior maintenance, docking and tender driving. You will enjoy the “seamless service” she provides!

Stewardess : Juan-Leigh Meyer – After growing up in South Africa, a friend of JL’s suggested she give the luxurious yachting industry a try, and her life changed forever. JL loves the spontaneity of the industry. Her home is based in Miami but her heart continues to trot along the globe. Her yachting career has taken her from the Med, Americas and the Caribbean with her favorites destinations being Greece and Turks and Caicos. When she is not at sea, she enjoys playing tennis, yoga, hikes and games nights by the fire. JL has a very happy, adventurous, bubbly character that likes to stay active and continuously on the move for the next adventure, big or small.

Mate: Patrick Nolan – Born and raised on Long Island, New York, Patrick has always had a love for the ocean, and a passion for fishing. He began his maritime career at an early age, working at a marina whilst still at school for 2 seasons. Patrick then moved on to work on commercial fishing vessels for two years and completed a degree in Marine Technology at Kingsborough. He has been in the industry for six years and since has completed his 100 ton Captains license and dive master. Patrick is also a keen motorcyclist, crazy about fishing, diving and loves to watch movies in his spare time.
