Captain: Fabio Alessandrini, Italian, 53 y.o.
Fabio’s adventure begins at the age of twenty, when he embarked for the first time as a skipper on board a private yacht, an experience that makes him discover how his great passion, the sea, could really become a career. After a period spent as a Base Manager of a charter company, Fabio soon got back at sea as a Captain aboard several private and charter yachts, exploring much of the Mediterranean and beyond.
Divemaster for pleasure, his knowledge of the sea is comparable only to that of gastronomy, another of his great talents, that he decided to cultivate by opening an Italian restaurant in Brazil where he spends most of his time when he is not at the helm of a yacht. Determined, precise and professional, Fabio masters great mechanical and hydraulic skills and keeping the yacht in perfect condition is among his priorities as Captain. Strongly appreciated by the crews, he always manages to provide a warm still discreet service, adapting to the needs of individual guests on board.
Italian mother-tongue, he speaks fluently English and Portuguese and a basic Spanish.

Chef: Ernesto Wahlbul Neto, Brazilian, 43 y.o.
Ernesto’s multifaceted personality led him to develop his talent in two different but similar fields: art and cuisine. After graduating at Art College, he decided to foster his passion for food, achieving all the necessary qualifications to work in restaurant’s kitchens and got his first job as a sous chef in London.
When he got back to South America, he kept on with this career for over 15 years, becoming an important executive chef to the point that he had the honor to cook for the Duke of York, the President of Brazil and the Princess of Sweden.
His wide experience with an international audience, allows him to please every palate and to adapt his recipes to guests’ preferences and tastes. Plus he also worked in bakeries: his breakfasts are unparalleled!
Portuguese mother tongue, he speaks English fluently and a basic level of Italian, French and Spanish.

Deckhand: Emiliano Cipriani, Italian, 44 y.o.
Emiliano is a very expert and dynamic deckhand who loves traveling and life in the open air.
He joined the maritime industry in 2006, when he got a job at Dufour Sailing yard: he was in charge of yacht delivery. Then, in 2009, he was hired as a captain of a small sailing yacht and took care of every aspect of the yacht management, including maintenance.
From 2014 to 2017 Emiliano was embarked as a first mate on a larger vessel and in 2019 he joined Shangra’s crew.
Fond of sport and very active, Emiliano is a great team member and extremely guest-oriented.

Stewardess: Bianca Andrea Ciurea, Romanian, 31 y.o.
Bianca is a very smart and efficient stewardess, always ready to help and willing to make guests feel like home.
Born in Bucarest but raised in Italy, her training and professional background is in both the marketing and hospitality field: after working for over three years in an hotel, she decided to attend a master in web marketing and social medias and got a job in the publishing business. In 2018 she embarked as a stewardess on a yacht and she liked the experience so much that she decided to repeat it in 2019.
With her kind attitude, her sweet smile and her enthusiasm, Bianca is a real master of hospitality.
Italian and Romanian mother tongue, she speaks a good level of English and a basic French.
