Born in 1976, father of a 9-year-old girl, a successful manager of many companies, he has lived in Łódź, Warsaw, Vienna, London, New York, and now in Toronto. He graduated from a prestigious business school specializing in media and HR management. In addition, he obtained a BA diploma from an American university. He began his adventure with sailing at the age of 6. To this day, it remains his greatest passion, most exciting lifestyle and most engaging professional work. For over 20 years, he has run training programs and examinations for nautical and motorboating patents. He also deals with management, coaching and investment consulting in the field of sailing. He has the highest possible Polish and English sailing qualifications. He has extensive experience in cruising, mainly in Greece and in the Mediterranean. He specializes in adult sailing training. He writes articles, among others, for the jachting.pl magazine.
He has conducted training in kitesurfing, underwater flying, and paragliding for 15 years. He is a very open person who willingly shares his knowledge and vast experience. Ask him about his frozen Spanish cake.

Born in 1985 in Warsaw. She worked in the theatre as a stage manager and an inspector for over 10 years, which taught her how to quickly make the right decisions and react to unexpected events, as well as how to create a good atmosphere among friends.
She likes to share her joy of life and optimism, which serve her well during her several years of volunteer work for a foundation dealing with children with cancer and her job in one of the best cocktail bars in Poland.

The development of his cooking art is characterized by migration of flavours – from Polish, through French and Mediterranean cuisine to Asian cuisine; today, all these experiences are most often combined, offering a fusion-type culinary experience. He easily establishes relationships – it works perfectly in the increasingly popular art of live cooking. A strategic mind with a rare ability to build task teams open for new culinary challenges.
